IntroductionLiu Chunhua obtained her master degree in Ocean University of China in 2013. After graduation, she worked as a research assistant/assistant investigator at SIAT (IBB), where she focused on the health function of food nutrition and bioactive substances. In 2018, she joined Prof. Xiang Li's team as an assistant investigator. Her current research interests focus on the effects of nutrition and active substances on brain function (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's, aging, etc.) and molecular mechanisms.
