深圳市脑科学技术产业创新中心(以下简称“脑创中心”)位于光明区新湖街道滨海明珠工业园A栋4-8层,建筑面积共1万平米。脑创中心作为在深圳市和光明区政府大力支持下建设的专业孵化平台,由深港脑科学创新研究院提供技术支撑和运营管理。

脑创中心秉持“创新、创投、创业、创意”融合发展以及“共享、创新、服务”的理念，践行“研发空间上下贯通共享,产研团队左邻右舍相融”的建设发展路径，通过打造技术平台开放共享、产研团队交叉共融、产研项目无缝对接、科技金融投资服务、一站式便捷入驻、全周期企业孵化等六大特色服务，形成基础研究、技术攻关、成果转化、人才支撑的良性闭环，建立了创新链、产业链、金融链、人才链、服务链、政策链“六链融合”的创新驱动发展新模式。

脑创中心作为全国首个脑科学与脑机工程产业共性技术服务平台，为了最大化实现技术服务团队和企业项目团队的紧密对接，在服务功能的规划设计上独具特色：4-8层按技术平台功能和产业细分领域特征，在每个楼层集中布局细分领域技术力量,不同细分领域的企业集聚在不同的楼层，同时各个楼层之间功能互补，特色鲜明。在同一楼层中，脑创中心科研团队和企业团队在空间上形成“左邻右舍”，技术供给与企业需求可以在第一时间得到对方反馈，加快成果同产业对接、人才同科技对接、资金同需求对接，推动创新要素自由流动、合理配置，促进科技创新转化为现实生产力，打造产研协同的高效孵化体系，实现对资本和企业的持续双向赋能。自2022年10月正式运营以来，脑创中心已引进超60家企业入驻光明科学城，助力培育孵化企业获得融资金额超4亿元，服务得企业历史累积融资超15亿元，估值近100亿元。作为全国首个“携智入驻”型专业孵化赋能平台,脑创中心致力于推动脑科学与脑机工程未来产业发展，努力成为服务于全国、辐射全球的脑科学技术产业创新示范高地。

Shenzhen Industrial Innovation Center for Brain Science and Technology (Brain Innovation Center) is located in Building A, Binhai Mingzhu Industrial Park, Xinhu Subdistrict, Guangming District, with a total area of 10,000 square meters across five floors. As a technology transfer platform specialized for brain science, it is managed and supported by the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Institute of Brain Science.  

Adhering to the philosophy of  "integrative development of Innovation,Venture Investment, Entrepreneurship, and Creativity" , the R&D space in the Brain Innovation Center features by "vertical integration and horizontal neighbouring", which maximized the seamlessly collaboration between industry and research teams. The service system of Brain Innovation Center is a composite of open-access R&D platforms, venture capital investment service, one-stop enterpirse registration and full-cycle incubation. This forms a ecology encompassing fundamental research, technology transfer and commercialization, and intelligence support.
As the first industrial service platform for brain science and brain–machine interface (BMI) in China, the Brain Innovation Center was officially launched in October 2022. Since then, there have been over 60 enterprises settled in Guangming Science City, which have secured more than 400 million RMB faniancing benefited from the Center. It is striving to become a national and globally influential innovation hub for the "brain industry".

Located in the Binhai Mingzhu Industrial Park in the Guangming District, the Brain Innovation Center is a premier professional incubation platform spanning 10,000 square meters across five floors (Levels 4-8).
Built with strong support from the Shenzhen Municipal and Guangming District governments, the Center is managed and technically supported by the the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Institute of Brain Science. It stands as a hub where government policy, scientific research, and industrial application converge.
