Introduction

Dr. Yan received her PhD degree in the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her researches focused on the cognitive dysfunction in brain diseases. In 2015 she joined Prof. Huihui Zhou’s team at SIAT, where she focused on mechanisms underlying cognitive dysfunctions in autism and stroke. In 2020 she joined Prof. Zhonghua Lu’s team. Using behavioral, neuroimaging and electrophysiological recording techniques, her academic interests focus on: 1) to investigate how brain integrates cognitive information and initiates appropriate behaviors. 2) to investigate the neurobasis underlying cognitive deficits in brain disorders such as autism.
